Test Introduction

So I’m back to a slow start on the third arc of Planet Hulk. I had to devote a week’s time to prepare a couple of paperworks, including reapplication for IDs which I unfortunately lost with my wallet years back. Yes I know; years back… never did occur to me I’d be needing them again since I’m working as a freelance. Should’ve known better. The worst part about all this is the necessary out of town processing. But still it will all be worth it.

Also, a week before that was our town fiesta. A few of the creators from manila eagerly left the smogs of the city to breath tree filtered oxygen and eat. I should have been posting pictures now, but they still haven’t sent me the pictures.

SO now I’ve just finished a couple of pages of the third arc. I haven’t read the whole storyline yet, but trusting Greg Pak and what he had done in the previous arcs, it’s going to kick major ass. In all honesty, I’m actually nervous about doing this. I have never done anything of this scale. Times like this I wish I had a bionic hand. I admire Aaron Lopresti for having more endurance and keeping everything beautiful. Oh yes trust thee, watch out for his arc!

Anyway, for now I am posting my favorite page from issue 95, which I trust you’ve already seen.

After seeing this I had to ask Soto for a hi-res copy. The issue, by the way, received a positive review from Newsarama, and Hulk fans, as have all the previous issues. A really intoxicating response. Thank you and keep reading

One Response to Back to Hulk

  1. I’ve been loving your work on Planet Hulk, and I’m glad to see you’re returning for the third arc. I’ve been reading the Hulk for quite a while and I don’t think I’ve enjoyed the artwork this much since Dale Keown was working on the book.

I think my favorite page in 95 is the one with Hulk pounding on Surfer after he’d broken Surfer’s obedience disc. You see a lot of pictures with the Hulk pounding on something or someone like that, but the savagery you were able to convey still shocked me. Great stuff.
